They will call up to two different phone numbers that you have designated in order to verify if the alarm signalthat was received was a false one. If no one answers, or if someone answers that doesn't know the password thatyou have set, the Central Station operator will call your local police department and dispatch them outimmediately.
In the event of Medical or Fire emergencies, the typical response is immediate and the operator will not call toverify since every moment counts in these type of situations. After the alarm has been reported, the operator willcontinue on and notify any friends, neighbors or relatives that you want and let them know that there has beenan alarm and that the authorities have been dispatched. You can also be contacted at work or on your cell phoneas well.

The most value is realized when you can review recent activities and reconstruct what has happened.
Cameras are installed with a permanent fixed view of important areas. These cameras are “on” all the time and they are feeding their image across theinternet to servers that we maintain. These images are always available for viewing from “authorized” devices. Additionally, when a “triggering” event occurs(a door opening, a schedule, a code entered, motion, etc.), the image and the moments immediately before the event are stored as video clips for retrieval atyour convenience.
